Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process or ADR shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
sga508 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if:
In the event of suspension, your Account balance (excluding any disputed or bonus funds) will be held pending investigation. If termination is for cause (breach of Terms), sga508 reserves the right to forfeit all balances.
You may request voluntary self-exclusion or permanent Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC and wagering requirements.
